We are everyday folks who happen to love music and putting smiles on the faces of the people we help all across the country. We can do this by providing support to local aid organizations so people can get the food they need to hold them over a few days, or perhaps by helping to pay a bill so they do not have to worry about whether they can afford for example childcare over buying food.

The problem is everywhere.  Today there are so many out of work and not able to afford much.  Stay at home single parents going to school and struggling and those taking their parents or grandparents so they do not go hungry themselves.

Hunger affects more than just low income people.  It affects infants, children, teens, young adults, adults and those more knowledgeable than us.  It effects EVERYONE.  Single people, even whole families trying to join their incomes together to survive in this economy.

I know what this situation is all about.  I have lived in a cardboard box. I have been on foodstamps.  I have had to ask for help and I have been helped without me having to ask. The Sing For Hunger Music Tour is all about giving back to our communities and our home - the great United States of America!
